HOW TO SECURE YOUR SURGERY DATE:

We require a 20% deposit via Zelle, bank transfer or a credit card in order to secure your surgery. ONLY the card payments will incur tax and fees (a total of 16%). There is no tax or fees added for other payment methods. You can change your surgery date up to 7 days before the surgery. Rescheduling fee ($299 USD) is waived for the first rescheduling. Emergency rescheduling is available, Please refer to our FAQ. All deposits are valid for ONE YEAR.

IMPORTANT: PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, PRICE QUOTES ARE VALID FOR 180 DAYS ONLY! IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR PROCEDURE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER ANY DIFFERENCE IN NEW POSTED PRICES FOR CHOSEN TIME PERIOD.
