We recognize that obtaining a formal gender dysphoria letter is becoming increasingly difficult in many countries, including the United States, particularly for non-binary individuals. To help reduce these barriers to care, we do not require these letters for adult patients aged 21 and older. Patients under 21 may need to provide a letter of consent from a parent or guardian. Please note, however, that a formal clinical letter is still required for all patients undergoing Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS). Exceptions include zero-depth SRS/GRS and nullification.

Staying connected during your trip is important! Before you travel, please check with your mobile provider to make sure your plan includes data coverage in Mexico. Once you arrive, our entire team uses WhatsApp to communicate with you. Your driver will message you there as soon as you land, and our patient coordinators and nurses will use it to easily check in and assist you while you are under our care.

Communication During Your Stay:

• Mobile Data: Please verify with your wireless provider that your plan includes international data coverage in Mexico.

• WhatsApp: We use WhatsApp for all local communication. Please download the app before you arrive. Your driver will use it to coordinate your airport pickup, and your medical team—including your nurses and patient coordinators—will use it to stay connected with you throughout your recovery.

We accept healthy patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) of up to 35 for most procedures.

We have very good news for you! No more painful hair removal! We will surgically remove up to 99% of hair follicles during the surgery. 

Good news for HIV-positive patients! We accept HIV-positive patients who’s viral load shows as “undetectable” on the lab work. Note that there will be an additional HOSPITAL/DOCTOR FEE of $1,500 USD added to your quote. This is non-negotiable. All deposits are non-refundable.

Because our primary focus is providing exceptional surgical care, we do not currently have an endocrinologist on staff. As a result, we do not offer Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at this time. We recommend connecting with your primary care provider or a local endocrinologist to manage your hormone therapy needs.

We know that planning for surgery is a big step! That is why, unlike many clinics that require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront, we only ask for a 20% deposit to secure your big day. This deposit goes directly toward reserving your operating room, anesthesiologist, medical team, and hospital room.

If your plans change, don’t worry. While deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows, they are valid for a full year. You can absolutely reschedule your procedure without losing your deposit, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Yes, we securely accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Please note that a 16% tax is applied to all card transactions, and we do not accept American Express or Discover at this time.

Currency processing: If you pay via our secure Stripe link, your payment will be processed in USD. If your card is physically swiped at the hospital or on a mobile terminal, the payment will be processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) based on the official exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

If an unforeseen emergency or unavoidable circumstance prevents you from attending your scheduled surgery, we will gladly reschedule your procedure for the next available date without any loss of your deposit. Please note that you may be asked to provide your original travel itinerary as documentation.

Yes. If you are a US citizen entering Mexico by air, you are required to have a passport valid for at least six months beyond your dates of travel. A visitor visa is not required for US citizens.

Patients of other nationalities should consult their local authorities or the nearest Mexican embassy to confirm their specific entry requirements.

Please note that our clinic strictly specializes in surgical care; we do not provide general endocrinology services or puberty blockers. However, for patients who are already here for surgery—most commonly those undergoing an orchiectomy—we can provide a one-time Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) prescription that can be filled locally in Mexico during your stay.
