SURGICAL SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

QUOTE VALIDITY

All surgical price quotes are valid for exactly 90 days from the date of issue. After 90 days, pricing is subject to change.

SECURING YOUR DATE

Operating room schedules are highly competitive and are booked strictly on a first-funded, first-served basis. Upon requesting a date, the clinic will place a courtesy hold on that specific time slot for a maximum of 7 business days.

DEPOSIT DEADLINE

If the required deposit is not initiated by the due date listed above, your courtesy hold will automatically expire, and the surgical date will be immediately released to the next available patient.

EXTENSIONS

We understand that financial transfers can occasionally be delayed. If you require additional time to submit your deposit, you must contact our coordination team prior to the expiration of your 7-day hold to request an accommodation.

DEPOSITS AND GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS

All initial surgical deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By submitting a deposit, the patient secures their surgical date and acknowledges that the clinic immediately allocates non-recoverable resources, facility reservations, and medical staff to their care.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND WINDOW

30+ Days Notice: Patients may cancel their surgery up to 30 days prior to their scheduled procedure date. In this event, the patient is eligible for a refund of any balance payments made, excluding the original non-refundable deposit.

Under 30 Days Notice: If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled procedure, all payments made to date are final and 100% non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

The patient agrees to arrive for their procedure at the specified date and time. If a date change is necessary, the patient must contact the clinic immediately.

STANDARD RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is permitted at no additional fee provided the request is made at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled procedure.

EMERGENCY RESCHEDULING: Any request to reschedule made less than 7 business days before the procedure will incur a strict $599 Emergency Rescheduling Fee, which must be paid before a new date can be secured.

VOLUNTARY ABANDONMENT AND DAY-OF CANCELLATIONS

If a patient arrives at the clinic or hospital facility and voluntarily elects to walk away, refuse care, or abandon the scheduled procedure on the day of surgery, the patient forfeits all funds. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for voluntary day-of cancellations.

MEDICAL NON-COMPLIANCE, NON-DISCLOSURE AND SURGICAL CLEARANCE

Patient safety is our absolute priority. If the anesthesiologist or surgical team is forced to cancel the procedure on the day of surgery due to the patient’s failure to adhere to mandatory pre-operative instructions (including, but not limited to: fasting requirements, failure to pause specified blood pressure medications, or failure to cease cannabis/nicotine consumption), or due to the patient’s failure to accurately disclose critical medical history (including, but not limited to: opioid dependency, methadone therapy, or any underlying health conditions that may affect eligibility for surgery), the cancellation will be treated as a day-of cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.

FACILITY ASSIGNMENT AND ADJUSTMENT

While we strive to perform all procedures at your initially scheduled location, hospital and operating room assignments are subject to change based on facility availability and scheduling requirements. In the event that a location change is necessary, the clinic guarantees that your procedure will be relocated to a comparable, fully accredited surgical facility to ensure there is no compromise to your safety, medical standards, or the quality of your care.

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

By finalizing scheduling and submitting payment (via Zelle, wire transfer, or credit card), the patient agrees to these terms and agrees not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks, bank disputes, or transfer reversals for services rendered, services voluntarily abandoned, or non-compliant cancellations.
