Securing Your Surgery: Policies & Payment
We are proud to be one of the most accessible providers of top-tier, gender-affirming surgery in North America. Because of our commitment to affordable, high-quality care, our surgical calendar fills up very quickly.
How to Secure Your Date To reserve your surgery date, we require a 20% deposit. We accept the following payment methods:
Zelle or Bank Transfer: No additional taxes or fees.
Credit Card: Incurs a 19% surcharge to cover mandatory taxes and processing fees.
Rescheduling & Valid Dates
Deposit Lifespan: Your deposit is valid for exactly one year from the date of payment.
Making Changes: You may change your surgery date up to 7 days prior to the procedure. We will waive the standard $599 USD rescheduling fee for your first change. (For emergency rescheduling under 7 days, please refer to our FAQ).
Price Quotes: Your initial price quote is valid for 90 days. If you reschedule your surgery beyond this 90-day window, you will be responsible for covering any difference if our standard clinic rates have increased.
Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you are fully prepared—both logistically and financially—before booking. All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable.
Financing Options
For our USA-based patients, we offer comprehensive financing plans. You can finance up to 100% of your total surgical costs, including your travel expenses (via Citerra.com)
